Information and storage
We’ll only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
We collect and store in our database:
- Your GitHub user ID.
- Your e-mail address.
- Your audio transcripts.
- Your audio files (only if uploaded).
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties except when required to by law, or when absolutely necessary to provide our service.
The third-parties we share information with, and the information we share with them/they handle for us, are as follows:
- Stripe: Payment & subscriptions provider.
- Your e-mail address (as provided by you).
- Your usage of Freezetale (for invoicing).
- Azure: Database provider.
- Your GitHub user ID.
- Transcript information.
- Your audio files (only if uploaded).
- Vercel: Application service and anonymous analytics provider.
- Anonymous actions within Freezetale (user events).
- Crisp: Real-time helpdesk and communication platform.
- Your name and e-mail address.
- Reddit Ads: Ad platform.
- Anonymous actions within Freezetale (user events).
Sletting av personopplysningar
